VIEWING GUIDELINES
Once downloaded, HHC Digital should open automatically in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which should be pre-installed on pretty much any computer bought since the 5 1/4" floppy disc BBC Micro days. If you don't have it, click here to get in the game.

HHC Digital is designed to be read comfortably on your computer screen - and looks swelligant if you hit the 'Full Screen' button in Acrobat - but you can also print it out to read on the train/bus/toilet. It'll also work on your iPhone or lesser-branded mobile communications device - and we'll have an optimised version coming soon.

We recommend using Firefox to download it (available here), though there shouldn't be any problems using your browser of choice.

Know your history! Nas copped to his lyrical mix-up of Alexander The Great and Napoleon on “I Can,” and while his justification basically amounted to ‘they’re essentially the same person’, he did admit that AZ’s habit of ignoring his input during the history round of their local pub quiz now [...]

Children’s Story: Seemingly intent on outdoing Jim Jones’ recent cameo in the classroom, Swizz Beatz adopted a Bronx arts school − his first move was kitting the music lab out with a load of Bontempi organs damaged during the making of ‘Money, Cash, Hoes’. Meanwhile, when not hyping a [...]

This week, Eric B got less-than-presidential treatment from Nicki Minaj when he tried to grab a photo op with his daughter’s favourite emcee. Unwilling to accept that he’d simply received one of the gurning gal’s trademark grimaces, Eric jumped on Twitter and told Ms Minaj to “Go fuck yourself.” Actually, [...]

And when my pen hits the paper? Aww, shit! In news that promised to revolutionise lyricism, Crooked I made the sensational revelation that his rhymes come out a bit better when he sits down and writes them out first. Okay, so it’s hardly a bombshell, but with Xzibit and Pusha [...]

As the calendar’s most gag-heavy date rolled around again, NORE made his position on April Fools’ Day pranks clear: whoopIe cushions are a timeless classic, but pretending that people’s loved ones have been killed is going too far. Elsewhere, in news that was initially assumed by many to be an [...]

Parking Lot Pimp-slappin’: In news straight out of 1995, it was reported that Suge Knight and his posse administered a beating to Yukmouth in a supermarket carpark, relieving the Luniz rapper of 92,000 worth of jewelery. If they wanted some change for the trolleys, couldn’t they just have asked him [...]

Leader of the new school: In news that read like a real life, hip-hop version of Dead Poets Society, Jim Jones announced that Dipset will definitely be in the staff room when he takes up a gig as – it says here − a teacher. Mr Jones promised to give [...]

I’m out for presidents to represent me: This week, Jay-Z and the missus popped round Barack’s crib, a cultural convergence that represented either the incredible power of hip-hop in smashing social barriers, or the incredible power of cardigans in rehabilitating the image of a man who once stabbed a peer [...]

This week, Lupe Fiasco admitted to having philosophical differences with his label: apparently, those bastards don’t view Lupe giving college lectures or upping kids’ self esteem as a legitimate return on their investment. Surely hoping for a return on his investment, meanwhile, Will I Am hit upon the brainwave [...]
