VIEWING GUIDELINES
Once downloaded, HHC Digital should open automatically in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which should be pre-installed on pretty much any computer bought since the 5 1/4" floppy disc BBC Micro days. If you don't have it, click here to get in the game.

HHC Digital is designed to be read comfortably on your computer screen - and looks swelligant if you hit the 'Full Screen' button in Acrobat - but you can also print it out to read on the train/bus/toilet. It'll also work on your iPhone or lesser-branded mobile communications device - and we'll have an optimised version coming soon.

We recommend using Firefox to download it (available here), though there shouldn't be any problems using your browser of choice.

HHC’s rap round-up…
By Richard Watson

They Reminisce Over Jacko: Live in London, Pete Rock & CL Smooth offered a unique tribute to MJ, with Corey unleashing some distinctly British expletives on a fan unwilling to observe five seconds’ silence for The King of Pop. Afterwards, the Caramel King reflected that, while he enjoyed his latest trip to England, there were definitely a few “wankers in the nation”.

Pete and CL weren’t the only ones reminiscing this week, as 88 Keys recalled his first meeting with his idol Q-Tip and Method Man and Ghostface confirmed the old hip-hop adage about never mixing beef stroganoff, log cabin-effect hotel rooms, 90s girl groups, fire extinguishers and Ol’ Dirty Bastard. Dante Ross also had Osiris on his mind, remembering classic Dirt Dog antics against the backdrop of − where else? − the Brooklyn Zoo.

Following in Meth’s footsteps, Flava Flav found himself in tax-dodging trouble, while Lil Kim got slapped with a $20K lawsuit after allegedly ducking out of six UK gigs with a nosebleed. In other nasal news involving a female hell-raiser, Slum Village dropped the line “You know we blowin’ like the nose on Lindsay Lohan” on the latest leaked offering from their imminent new album.

Lil Wayne promised to put steroids in sports, cocaine in cola and more prostitutes on the streets if he ever becomes President, but his governmental dreams were surely of little solace to Gucci Mane, who, stung by a devious technicality in the small-print of his probation terms (apparently, he was supposed to avoid cocaine and marijuana), found himself facing a return trip to the Big House. Also looking at time inside, Lil Boosie called upon Jesse Jackson to help him, possibly undermining his plea by boasting that prison would boost his record sales and give him ample opportunity to catch up on his masturbating.

  • I think it was Skinnyman who was unwilling to observe the MJ silence. The gig was a shambles anyway – It was like a Milli Vanilli concert – CL mimed at least half of the set list.
